Smart Working, with the right tools and target-oriented work

One of the things that have undergone a sudden acceleration due to the pandemic is undoubtedly the adoption of smart working by companies, for all professional figures compatible with this way of working.

Smart working does not mean, however, continuing to do the same things as before, with the same methods as previously, in a different place. Instead, it is a complete change of perspective in the employment relationship, which has an impact on the methods, times, internal processes of the organizations and on the tools that these make available to employees and collaborators.

Smart Working sì, con strumenti giusti e lavoro per obiettivi

Una delle cose che hanno subìto un’improvvisa accelerazione a causa della pandemia è senza dubbio l’adozione dello smart working da parte delle aziende e per tutte le figure professionali compatibili con questa modalità di lavoro.

Smart working non significa però continuare a fare le stesse cose di prima, con le modalità utilizzate in precedenza in un luogo diverso. Si tratta invece di un completo cambio di prospettiva nel rapporto di lavoro, che ha impatti sulle modalità, sui tempi, sui processi interni delle organizzazioni e sugli strumenti che queste mettono a disposizione di dipendenti e collaboratori.
